Here we are making mozzarella cheese..from scratch. We did this for three reasons.1. We want to include actions that are fun.
2. You can only buy cheese in plastic. So the only we to get plastic free cheese is to make your own. 3. We LOVE cheese.

Although that does look like fun, I can't imagine giving up Extra sharp cheddar that is unfortunately wrapped in plastic at my local market. FYI: I have bought cheese at Steve's Liquor on University Ave. They cut a nice block from the wheel and wrap it in paper.
I want to go try cheese at Steve's!! ( We won't give up cheese either..we love it too much.)
